Paying for software should feel safe. Here's exactly how cancelling and refunds work.
Some business details on this page are still being confirmed and are marked [to be confirmed]. They will be filled in before paid plans go on sale.
The short version
- Pro: cancel any time, and keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for.
- Lifetime: full refund within 30 days of purchase, no questions asked.
- Email us to ask. We reply within 3 working days.
- Paid plans aren't on sale yet. This policy applies from the day they are.
This summary helps you read the page. The full text below is what applies.
1. Try before you pay
MyFlow Free costs nothing and has no time limit, so you can check that dictation works well with your voice, your microphone and your apps before you buy anything.
2. Pro (monthly and yearly)
You can cancel Pro at any time. When you cancel, you won't be charged again and you keep Pro until the end of the period you've already paid for. After that, MyFlow moves back to Free and your history, words and snippets stay on your Mac.
We don't normally refund part-used periods. If a renewal charged you by surprise and you haven't used Pro since, email us within 14 days of that charge and we'll refund it.
3. Lifetime: 30-day refund
If MyFlow Lifetime isn't right for you, email us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, no questions asked. Once refunded, the license key stops working and MyFlow returns to Free.
4. How to ask for a refund
Email [to be confirmed] from the address you used to buy, with your receipt or order number if you have it. We reply within 3 working days.
Approved refunds go back to the card or account you paid with. Your bank usually shows it within 5 to 10 working days. We refund the full amount we received; we can't refund fees your own bank charges, such as currency conversion.
5. Your legal rights
This policy adds to, and never reduces, any rights you have under the consumer law where you live, such as a right to cancel within 14 days of buying in the EU and UK. See also our Terms of Service.
6. Fair use
We may refuse a refund if someone repeatedly buys and refunds, or if a license was shared or resold against our terms.
