Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Growlioo, owned and operated by Malik Muzamil ("Growlioo", "we", "us"), the maker of MyFlow. By downloading, installing or using MyFlow, or by buying a paid plan, you agree to them. If you use MyFlow for an organisation, you confirm you can accept these terms for it.

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to use MyFlow, and old enough to make a purchase where you live to buy a paid plan.

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use MyFlow on Macs you own or control, for personal or work use, under the plan you are on. You may not:

• sell, rent, sublicense or redistribute MyFlow or a license key
• remove or bypass license checks, plan limits or copyright notices
• reverse engineer the parts of MyFlow that are ours, except where the law allows it or an open-source license says you can

MyFlow, its name, logo and design belong to Growlioo. What you dictate and write with MyFlow belongs to you; we claim no rights in it.

Free costs nothing and has no time limit. We may change what's included in Free in future versions, but we won't take away a feature from the version you already have installed.

Pro is a subscription at $5 a month or $48 a year (prices in US dollars, before any tax your country adds). It renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time and keep Pro until the end of the period you've paid for. If we change the price, we'll tell you at least 30 days before your next renewal, and the change applies only from that renewal.

Lifetime is a one-time payment that gives you Pro features for the life of the product, on up to 3 Macs you own or control, including all 1.x updates (every version numbered 1.something). A future major version (2.0 and later) or separate products, such as a later "Lifetime Plus" with extra features, may be sold separately; you keep using the last 1.x version you have either way. "Lifetime" means the lifetime of MyFlow 1.x, not of the buyer.

Features marked "Coming soon" on our website are plans, not promises. We work to ship them, but we don't guarantee when or whether each one arrives, and you shouldn't buy a plan only for a feature that isn't available yet.

Discounts and trials. Student discounts, referral rewards and free trials (such as the Pro trial for your first 2,000 words) are offered at our discretion, may need proof of eligibility, and can change or end for new sign-ups at any time.

Paid plans are not on sale yet. These terms describe how they will work once checkout opens.

Payments will be processed by Stripe. By paying, you also agree to the terms Stripe shows you at checkout. Some countries add sales tax or VAT, which is shown before you pay.

Refunds follow our Refund Policy: cancel Pro at any time, and get a full refund on Lifetime within 30 days of purchase.

Some Pro features can use an AI provider you choose (for example OpenAI, Anthropic, Groq or a local model with Ollama). If you connect a cloud provider, you supply your own API key, you pay that provider directly, and your use of it is governed by its terms. We are not responsible for third-party providers, their availability, their charges or their output. AI output can be wrong, so check important text before you send it.

Don't use MyFlow to:

• break the law, or record people where recording them without consent is illegal
• harass, threaten or defraud anyone, or create content that exploits children
• attack, overload or try to get unauthorised access to our website, servers or license system
• share or resell license keys, or use one Lifetime license on more than 3 Macs

If you break these rules, we may suspend or cancel your license. Where it's fair to, we'll warn you first and give you a chance to fix it.

MyFlow includes open-source software used under its own licenses, including the MIT License. Those copyright and license notices ship with every copy of MyFlow and are shown in the app's About page.

The speech models you download are made by others and come under their own licenses, for example Whisper by OpenAI (MIT) and Parakeet and Canary by NVIDIA (CC-BY-4.0). Nothing in these terms limits your rights under an open-source license for the parts it covers.

We may update MyFlow to fix problems, improve it or follow the law. We may also stop offering MyFlow in future. If we ever stop selling or supporting it, the copy you have keeps working for its on-device features as long as your Mac and macOS allow; if you paid for Pro and it's withdrawn mid-period, we'll refund the unused part of that period.

Speech recognition and AI cleanup are not perfect. MyFlow can mishear words, miss words or format text in ways you didn't intend, so read what it writes before you send anything important, and don't rely on it for medical, legal, safety-critical or emergency use. Apart from the promises in these terms and any rights you have under consumer law that can't be excluded, MyFlow is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for lost profits, data or business. Our total liability for any claim about MyFlow is limited to the amount you paid us for MyFlow in the 12 months before the claim, or US$50 if you paid nothing.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, such as for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence, and nothing takes away your statutory rights as a consumer.

You can stop using MyFlow at any time by uninstalling it and cancelling any subscription. We can end your license if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms. Sections about ownership, disclaimers, liability and governing law continue after the agreement ends.

These terms are governed by the laws of [to be confirmed]. Disputes go to the courts of [to be confirmed], unless the consumer law of the country where you live gives you the right to bring a claim in your local courts. Before going to court, please email us first: most problems can be fixed quickly.

We may update these terms. We change the date at the top when we do, and if a change materially affects paying customers, we'll email you at least 30 days before it applies. If you keep using MyFlow after that, the new terms apply; if you don't agree, you can cancel before they take effect.
